Our range of champagnes

Every cuvée of Champagne Paul Laurent is crafted by the Gruet family in Bethon, in the Côte de Sézanne, from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. From the pure Chardonnay of our Blanc de Blancs to the zero-dosage Génération, each wine has its own personality and its own moment at the table.

  • Cuvée Blanc de Blancs: 100% Chardonnay; almond, delicate and fresh; creamy texture and a long mineral finish.
  • Cuvée du Fondateur Brut: 75% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Meunier; pear, citrus, rose and dried fruit; bright acidity and a refreshing finish.
  • Cuvée Brut Rosé: 70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 10% red wine; strawberry, raspberry and wild currant; fruity, delicate and fresh.
  • Cuvée Prestige Brut: 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir; acacia, bright and citrus; very fresh and floral.
  • Cuvée L’Essentiel: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir; citrus, vanilla and candied fruit; warm and rich yet lively.
  • Cuvée BIO: 60% Pinot Meunier, 40% Chardonnay; citrus, floral and fruity; lively bubbles and a creamy touch from the oak-aged Chardonnay.
  • Cuvée Génération Brut Nature: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay; bright, crisp and clean; gentle floral and chalky notes.

All our champagnes are made with the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle and patient ageing on the lees, from 15 months for our Brut to at least seven years for our Brut Nature. Each cuvée is available in 75 cl, and our Brut Rosé also in 1.5 L magnum. Serve them chilled, between 8 and 10 °C, in a tulip-shaped glass.
