The products are proposed and delivered within the limit of available stock.
If the product ordered is not available, Champagne Paul Laurent will inform the Buyer immediately and suggest a replacement.

In case of an issue, Champagne Paul Laurent will refund upon return. The items have to be new and unopened, ordered within 30 days of initial delivery.
Champagne Paul Laurent will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, if the items are returned due to personal choice, shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.
If the total you are shipping is over € 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
We are currently shipping across all borders within the European Union excluding Finland and Sweden and any areas that are
not part of the EU customs area or the EU common system of Value Added Tax (VAT)
We do not ship to the US, Canada, or the United Kingdom. However, we do distribute to these countries. Please contact us for a location nearest you.
