Tasting Notes

The Blanc de Blancs has an elegant golden color with apple reflects and persistent effervescence.

The nose offers rich and expressive aromatic notes of butter, dried fruits, and hazelnut.

The palate is in perfect harmony with the nose, offering notes of pastry, almond, frangipani, and butter with a strong mineral finish.

Best served at 8°C .
The Blanc de Blancs pairs wonderfully with delicate seafood dishes such as oysters or a tuna tartare.
One of our favorite combinations with this cuvée is a scallop carpaccio with sultry flavors of lime and vanilla.
