Chardonnay champagnes

Chardonnay is the only white grape among the three main champagne varieties. It brings freshness, citrus and white-flower aromas, a fine minerality on chalky soils and great ageing potential. In the Côte de Sézanne, where Champagne Paul Laurent is based, Chardonnay is the leading grape.
